The GREEN THUMB PROGRAM​

With the continuing drought in Central Texas, finding ways to use water more
wisely is extremely important. Therefore the first four 2025 Green Thumb
programs will consist of a series of presentations centered on Water
Conservation. The series will be presented by Kelly Tarla, Burnet County
Agri-Life extension agent.

Programs will be held at:
Burnet County Agri-Life Extension Office
607 N. Vandeveer, Burnet, TX
2:00 to 3:00 PM
Free and open to the public.

The Highland Lakes Master Gardeners present a Green Thumb Program focused on enhancing the experience of the local public in all aspects of plants and their environment.  Presentations by local experts on topics such as water conservation, soil preparation, plant selection, creatures in the garden, organic gardening, and many other topics of interest to gardeners are free and open for all to attend.
